Appreciated central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box in the room. The bed was extremely comfy & the staff was very courteous.

The room was a nice size, especially a panoramic view of these mountains from the window. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent to the shop for pain medicine.

Large rooms combined with great clean facilities. The staff was particularly helpful and the setting was particularly good. Liked tourist area.

Reasonably large and fairly clean venue with a great value and exceptional staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, flat-screen television and a safe in the room. Marvellous location near to main bar street, classic style building. Based right by the centre, the V & A waterfront and Cape Town city center. Family atmosphere and downstairs bar.

The property was in the center of the city.

The staff were a little slow, didn't expect that coming.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, great location close to local flea market. Awesome breakfasts with the omelette station and bread & pastry, as example. Superb service, modern family room with kettle and badly designed showers, as example. Heated pool, parking nearby. Late check-out. Location very close to green market square and many restaurants and other business and tourist destinations. Nearby Tiger's Milk - great place to chill out.

Location: the hotel was very close to the V / A Waterfront and Cape Town's attraction. The room was nicely updated with a superb view on mountain table, and I loved it.

Thank you for the real good stay on vacation. The staff are well-trained and the room is well-appointed with 2 double beds. The setting is absolutely perfect and excellent, adjacent to the many wonderful restaurants there, and Cape Town city center, shopping area.

The breakfast buffet had variety each day. The staff was attentive and catered to our needs. The room was clean and had effective temperature control. The beds were comfortable. We would consider staying here again.

It is a beautiful and great hotel with absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. A nice restaurant for a la carte meals is available. Perfect service and the food is outstanding:)))

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily access tourist attractions and the bus route. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always had a smile on their face. They were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The rooms were old and run down, with worn out carpets. The gym was also very disappointing, with only two treadmills and three exercise bicycles for the large number of guests.
